Technical Product Specialist: AI & Innovation 

POSITION SUMMARY

Technical Product Specialist of AI & Innovation (TPS) will be responsible for conducting extensive research and synthesizing key technology trends, competitive insights, and valuable user feedback. The goal is to identify new and exciting product and technology opportunities that will drive innovation within our organization.

Working closely with our software engineering and design teams in Korea, India, the TPS will collaborate to define a clear roadmap and strategic direction for our products. Expertise will be invaluable in negotiating and influencing product trade-offs, ensuring that our schedule and usability are optimized to enhance user experience and differentiate our offerings in the market.The TPS will play a crucial role in driving a growth strategy that aims to delight users and foster habitual usage of MMAI PureWorld & PureWallet Blockchain AI/ML technologies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities

  • Explore and seize new project opportunities to establish leadership position with new innovative ideas within PureWorld and PureWallet.
  • Take charge of ideation, definition, and launch of groundbreaking Blockchain/AI systems in domains marked by substantial strategic ambiguity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Korea and the US to drive Blockchain/AI platforms that are recognized as best in the industry.
  • Discover and proactively pursue avenues for new projects or areas of focus, aiming for growth and leadership within the industry.
  • Understanding of our product benefits and sales process; including selling points, sales team goals, sales tools/resources/processes, product/service pricing, demonstration points and flow, and more.
  • Leverage metric analysis to gauge product success and align them with business requirements. This ensures that products are meeting the needs of the business effectively.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of our competitive landscape and ensure leadership has an objective point-of-view of options and position vs. competitors.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering

Work Experience

  • 1-2 Years working with software development engineering teams in creating new or improving existing products and platforms
  • 1-2 Years experience working collaboratively with engineering, product management, product strategy and product design teams

Cognitgo Required Skills

  • Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in Korean and English.
  • Effective organizational, communication, execution, cross-functional, and collaboration skills, showcasing effective and seamless coordination across teams and functions.
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, leveraging data, and handling ambiguity to make business decisions
  • Professional experience with full-stack software development
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
  • Prior experience working at a large tech company is preferred

  • Proven leadership and organization management experience.
