We are seeking an experienced product manager to spearhead a multidisciplinary development team. The ideal candidate must possess strong market analysis skills, demonstrate expertise in identifying gaps in consumer product offerings, and showcase a creative mindset for addressing them. Additionally, the successful candidate must have a proven track record of strategizing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to release. This role requires a confident leader capable of guiding cross-functional teams in the development of innovative products that enhance the customer experience and drive market share growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities
- Strong experience in driving the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
- Proven ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
- Excellent skills in creating product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Proficiency in analyzing market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Conduct analysis of customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships, while considering return on investment and build-vs.-buy evaluations.
- Evaluate competitor offerings and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Analyze product requirements and establish effective programs to meet them.
- Evaluate new product ideas and devise suitable go-to-market strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
Work Experience
- 5+ Years working with software development engineering teams in creating new or improving existing products and platforms
- 5+ Years experience working collaboratively with engineering, product strategy, product design and marketing teams

- Experience in developing and implementing effective product marketing strategies
- Prior experience in software and web development
